UK Shipping

Smaller products will be shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class at a fixed price of 3.99

Larger products will be shipped via courier at a fixed price of 9.99

We will also notify you when your item has been dispatched, this can be up to four week as your product will be handmade to order (but we promise to ship it as soon as we can!). All of our products (excluding some of the large tables and desks) will be sent out fully assembled unless specified otherwise.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international delivery as standard but please contact us for a quote, if there is something you like the look of and you don't live in the UK we would be happy to try and find a way to get it to you.

Returns

All of our products are made to order, this means we cannot accept cancellations once work has start so it is important to ensure all details are correct when placing your order. 

This unfortunately means we cannot accept refunds unless you receive a product which is damaged, faulty or incorrect. In this case please contact us describing the problem and we will work with you to resolve it.
